ASTHROS is a high altitude balloon mission that will be lifting off from McMurdo Station in Antarctica. The balloon will allow the mission to study its target without the interference of Earth’s atmosphere. Aboard the craft is an antenna to collect far-infrared light, aiming to learn more about a phenomena called “stellar feedback” which influences the formation of galaxies throughout our universe.

This mission branding was developed to be used in a tertiary capacity alongside the NASA branding on various public engagement products and editorial uses.
